Infrastructure Management

Infrastructure management -- the whole stack, not just one server.

We run the entire infrastructure layer: networks, load balancers, firewalls, hypervisors, storage, backups, DNS, monitoring. One team, one bill, one point of contact. You keep the applications, we keep everything underneath alive.

What we manage

Seven infrastructure layers. One team runs all of them.

L1
Physical & colocation
Cabinets, PDUs, cross-connects, structured cabling, smart hands
L2
Network
Switches, routers, BGP, VLANs, peering, transit, DDoS, firewall
L3
Storage
SAN, NAS, object storage, backups, replication, snapshots
L4
Compute
Hypervisors, bare-metal, K8s, serverless runtimes
L5
Platform
DBs, message queues, caches, search, container registries
L6
Application delivery
Load balancers, API gateways, CDNs, WAFs, service mesh
L7
Observability
Metrics, logs, traces, alerting, SLOs, on-call

Architecture decisions

We do not guess. We decide based on your workload.

Which hypervisor?

VMware ESXiProxmox VEXCP-ngKVM (raw)

Default: Proxmox. KVM upstream. vSphere-compatible API. Best cost/features balance.

Which load balancer?

HAProxyNGINX+EnvoyF5 BIG-IP

Default: HAProxy. Free, fastest, huge community. F5 only for legacy F5 customers.

Which storage?

CephMinIOZFS localNetApp

Default: Ceph for distributed, ZFS for single-node. NetApp only for SAN customers.

Which observability?

Prometheus+DatadogNew RelicSelf-host ELK

Default: Prometheus + Grafana + Loki. Open source, no vendor lock-in, fully owned.

Customer stories

Why teams hand us the whole stack.

"We had three vendors: one for the network, one for the storage, one for the VMs. Each blamed the other when things broke. Now we have one team, one bill, one phone number. Last incident was a misrouted BGP advertisement -- fixed in 8 minutes. We slept through it."
Anita Joshi
VP Engineering, MediaCo
"Our SaaS runs on 47 microservices across 6 regions. Before infrastructure management, we had 3 full-time SREs. Now we have 1 SRE and the rest of the team focuses on product. Cost per region dropped 40%."
David Lee
CTO, WorkStreamly
"They re-architected our entire platform from EC2 + RDS to EKS + Aurora + ElastiCache. Same SLA, 67% lower monthly bill. The migration took 6 weeks with zero downtime. Post-migration perf is 4x what we had on EC2."
Priya Iyer
Engineering Director, BookMyApp
